Contribution regulations

§ 1 General

This membership fee policy governs the annual membership fees of the Sport for Development (S4D) Network Germany e.V. in accordance with the statutes and is determined by resolution of the general meeting. All members are obligated to pay the specified fees on time.

§ 2 Membership fees

1. Ordinary members

• Organisations with revenues > EUR 100,000 per year: Minimum contribution of EUR 300 per year.
• Organisations with revenues ≤ EUR 100,000 per year: Minimum contribution of EUR 100 per year.
• Ordinary members may decide independently whether they are considered a large or small organization. However, the Board reserves the right to request proof of budget size if necessary.

2. Supporting members

• Private individuals: Minimum contribution of 100 EUR per year.
• Companies and foundations: Minimum amount of EUR 500 per year.

§ 3 Payment conditions

Membership fees are due by March 1 of each year and must be transferred to the association's account. Alternatively, payment can be made via a SEPA direct debit mandate, which the association will collect on the due date.

§ 4 Application for suspension of contributions

In justified cases, particularly in cases of financial hardship, members may submit a written request to the Board of Directors to suspend their membership fees. The Board of Directors will decide on the request at its sole discretion.

§ 5 Entry into force

This membership fee regulation shall enter into force upon resolution of the General Meeting on December 4, 2024, and shall remain valid until amended by the General Meeting.
